[Video] It’s a Challenge!

This is ENTIRELY Mark and Charlie’s fault. (If you can’t see the video, click through to the actual post on my site, okay?)

Video Blog Challenge: Day One! from Rachael Acklin on Vimeo.

Twitter-sized: I’m doing a video challenge on my blog every day because it makes me uncomfortable. Also, you’re awesome.

Thank you, thank you, thank you – I miss you, too.

And you don’t need makeup. You’re gorgeous without it.

I’m so proud of you. And now a bit good-weepy. :)

Go you!!!!!! Seriously. Keep on rockin that awesome. :)

I’ve been thinking about doing video for awhile now. Perhaps I’ll get motivated to go out and get a cam some time soon. After I get new photos, that is.

Do it now! Don’t wait for later when it’s “perfect”. :)

Rachael-
I’m sure you here this all the time, but you are so cute! You have a natural laid-back cool vibe thing going, and it just works!

It’s great that you’re pushing your comfort zones and doing video. If I wasn’t such a chicken-sh*t, I’d endeavor the same.

Look forward to more!
Linda

Wow, thanks! I don’t notice any of that about myself, but it’s a huge deal that you did. Thank you. :)

Rachael,

Love the idea. Yes we need to get out of our “comfort zone” to grow.

Nice shirt. You don’t have to be Sorry. You did great.

Aww this is soooo awesome Rachael! I looove that I feel like I know you more now that I’ve seen you on video. :) I’ve only spoken to you on the phone/skype, so this is amazing.

Don’t worry, we’re all perfectionists and we see ourselves as worse when we’re looking at ourselves on video. And you’re right, we’re all human – and I love the PJ pants! Yay!!

What a great idea! I have dabbled once or twice with vblogging, but I just didn’t really have the time for it with becoming a single mum and having the kids around and no breaks etc… really should think about doing another at some point. On the other hand, I hate the way I look, so it would be HARD for me!
I love the hat, I used to have one like that, but it got trampled on one too many times by Zack when he was younger… booo!
Also… what does the last bit of your top say? It looks awesome! :) x

That was awesome! It’s so true…we need to do things that scare us to push the boundaries of our comfort zones. And the more you do it, the less scared you get. Yay you for doing this!

Love the bit about how we’re all messy. I’m so tired of polished and perfect. Bring on the human.
